We are excited that ARI Green Energy has been awarded a grant from NYSERDA, together with Clarkson University, AWS TruePower, GE Global Research Center, Intertek, and Ballard Power Systems. The NYSERDA grant will be used to establish a pilot project of a data center powered by wind energy. Data centers are the largest consumers of electrical power in the nation. With the help of the NYSERDA grant, the pilot project will demonstrate the feasibility of a transformative concept to reduce energy costs associated with data center operations.
ARI Green Energy, Inc has been awarded $2.5 MM grant from Florida State Energy Office for its research and development of the next generation small wind turbine technology.
ARI's 7.5kW and 50kW are in the process of getting certification to AWEA 9.1 for North America and MCS for the UK. ARI Green Energy is partnered with Kansas State University and Intertek to test and certify ARI wind turbines. Kansas State University small wind test center is a Regional Test Center (RTC) in partnership with the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Intertek is the only accredited certification body that can currently certify small wind turbines in North America to AEWA 9.1 standard. At this time there are no small wind turbines that have been certified in US.
